Sheila Kelley is an actress, filmmaker, dancer, and is passionate speaker on the advancement of women in the world.

She founded The S Factor in 2000, which focuses on teaching women the language of their bodies through fluid feminine movement and their brand of sexy fitness. Sheila has appeared in numerous television shows, and was recently a guest speaker at TEDx AmericanRivera’s “The Unthinkable” event on 11.11.12 in Santa Barbara.
